I am passionate about keeping healthy and fit. My objective is to give you knowledge and tools to live a healthy lifestyle. I believe in variety and doing what you love. If exercise is fun, you will stick with it and have fun. I enjoy sharing my skills, and I’m excited about being able to help others reach their fitness goals by getting stronger, healthier, and feeling better about themselves.
I’m looking forward to starting up a “Boot Camp” class where you can bring a friend and get into serious shape.

I have been Personal Training for the last five years. Prior to becoming a personal trainer I was a competitive basketball player and avid exerciser. After college I was no longer training three hours a day. I went from being in fantastic shape to out of shape in a hurry. I decided to put my love of health and my degree in Kinesiology to use and become a personal trainer – not only for myself but to help others feel and live better as well. I work with clients who want to lose weight, train for an activity, or just feel and look better.
