I've been training at One-2-One Fitness for almost three years.
When I first started my body fat was almost 30 percent and I had no endurance or upper body strength. Now my body fat fluxuates between 14 and 16 percent, I can run more than 10 miles non-stop, and pretty soon I'll be able to bench press my own body weight. I feel like a different person.

None Can Compare
In the past, I have been a member of several gyms and other personal training facilities, but none compare to the services I have received at One-2-One Fitness.
The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely listen to your personal fitness goals and develop a specific program to help you reach them! The facility is easily accessible with convenient parking. There is a caring child care provider on staff so that you can bring your children along.
One-2-One was recommended by a friend. I can honestly say that following through on that recommendation has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Excellent Personal Trainers
If you are looking for a personal trainer that will build a specific program just for you, you've found it at One-2-One Fitness.
This is not a big gym that tries to sell expensive long-term contracts and never care if you come back. The owners, Larry and Debbie, take a personal interest in your success. They will motivate you to achieve goals that you never thought were possible.
You may go to One 2 One to lose a few pounds for the holidays or the summer, but you will stay because you found people that truly care about you as a person.
