One-2-One Fitness believes that personal attention gives people the motivation to meet their goals. We know that weigh-ins, measurements, and personal training information are all part of a healthy lifestyle. Our trainers work with clients individually or in small groups to devise customized exercise plans based on client’s goals. Plans typically include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises along with diet recommendations.
During a training session, you will observe your clients performing exercises and ensure they are doing the moves correctly. You may also give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they are relevant to the fitness plan. Set your own schedule too! Other duties may include but are not limited to leading Boot Camps, marketing, and equipment care.
Professional certification and liability insurance necessary.
